Pitch Black Darkness; w/ rainstorms

I'm no longer sure of who is who & what is what. It's so depressing to know that whatever you thought to be ends up in the opposite side. All I need was an assurance but I received dark caves and heavy rain pour, - coldness & darkness. If that's all you could give me, might as well don't give it at all. I love being alone, it's been like that since I learn how to pronounce letters by letters.
So don't come and pour cold water over me & closing off the lights because both of those scar me.
I had to sleep by myself since as young as 6, it was a problem. The darkness scares me, I've night blindness if the lights are off too quickly, it doesn't last for a few seconds, but few minutes to hours. I'm afraid, what can appear when I don't see anything? I was young with a wild imagination, so don't close the lights on me, I need it even when I'm sleeping not until someone switches it off when I'm finally snoring, so please don't do that.
I'm afraid, no.. I'm terrified.
The cold gives shivers to the naked body. It's worse if you're clothed. I hated it, to be washing yourself with cold water. I rejected it and threw tantrums when I was still a child. Remembering running in the cold rain, with thunders & lightnings? That's the worst. It sends shiver down your spine and right into your bone. No matter how warm are you after that, it's still cold. My heart is cold....
I'm lost in the pitch black darkness with heavy rainstorms. I can't seem to see my path and even my fingers. Is everything over? The things that I thought I knew and what I believed.. Is it all gone....?
